About Allen

Allen Moretinni

Allen Morettini knows how to connect with an audience, both with his live performances as well as his studio work. His vocal interpretations of popular tracks often became the audience’s favourite version. His ability to cover a variety of styles from rock to soul, jazz to country cemented his success in making music a career as a performing artist.

Allen’s musical career started in Orange County, California, at the age of 14 after his Junior High School music teacher compelled him to join his club band as the drummer. While performing in local bands, Allen was a music major in college, where he added vocals, guitar, piano and trumpet to his list of instruments.

At the age of 17 Allen’s band “The Human Zoo" was signed to Accent Records. Two years later as a member of “Churchill”,  Allen signed with MGM Records. It was during these years that Allen honed his vocal and songwriting skills. In the following years Allen co-wrote music with some of the industries finest (including Larry Hanson, Mikel Paul, Peter Kearns and Emory Gordy Jr.). Continuous studio and commercial gigs has kept Allen busy between recording and touring across the US and internationally. Now residing in New Zealand, Allen continues to write, produce and record projects that range in style from R&B, soul, blues, rock to singer-songwriter.

Allen’s music is available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube as well as many other streaming sites around the world.
